When
you're in the “vibro-orgasmic” resonance of the cosmos,
the
small irritations are vibrated into the larger love.....
Many
years ago, I was introduced to Source Breathing/Rebirthing by
Lena Kristina Tuulse and her team on the Swedish island of
Gotland - a series of week-long trainings in
bodywork-breathing as well as exercises in unconditional love, and
much more. The third training, held on the mainland at
Lena-Kristina's and her musician husband Toomas'
healing centre in Väddö, was a celebration of love through
“Vedic Goddess Tantra” - it was extraordinarily powerful.
I remember arriving at the course-centre in Väddö and nearly turning back at the door; was I really supposed to become so close to all these people, who at first glance seemed rather unattractive to me? (Groups of anonymous people often seem unattractive!)

I
find it extraordinary how getting to know one another at the intense
levels of such trainings brings out a deeper compassion and love in
all of us, me included. On the final day of the “Tantric” course,
I found myself reflecting on how I would now find it easy to become
very close with any of these people, in any way; what
was it that had changed?
3 things came to mind.

Firstly,
I had opened myself to their stories and they had opened to mine.
This sharing of stories had unlocked floodgates of compassion in me
and the whole group – in our shared weaknesses and endeavours and
loves and failures and joys, we had melded in our common humanity.
Secondly,
there was the gift of doing something together that most of us felt
threatening, though we would rather not have admitted it. We had
chosen to be vulnerable together.
For me, however, it was the third aspect which was “ the clincher.” Doing this work and play we had opened ourselves into the flow of cosmic and divine vibration which permeates all of life and undergirds everything created. There was a buzzing resonance in each of us and between us which made our individual differences small in comparison to our group experience of tingling Oneness. Love for one another was no longer something to “try and achieve” - it was a vibrating experience which we were all part of and which we felt in our bodies as well as our souls – a wordless vibro-orgasmic weave way beyond thought or perception.
For me, however, it was the third aspect which was “ the clincher.” Doing this work and play we had opened ourselves into the flow of cosmic and divine vibration which permeates all of life and undergirds everything created. There was a buzzing resonance in each of us and between us which made our individual differences small in comparison to our group experience of tingling Oneness. Love for one another was no longer something to “try and achieve” - it was a vibrating experience which we were all part of and which we felt in our bodies as well as our souls – a wordless vibro-orgasmic weave way beyond thought or perception.
The
buzz of this experience stayed with me for a few days after that
course. And then, gradually it began to dissipate.
But what the last few weeks and the experience of tingling and buzzing is showing me, is that this vibro-orgasmic state always exists behind and beyond the fabric of life which we so readily identify with as “normal Earth-truth”! And experiencing it isn't incumbent upon what we humans do, though it may be encouraged in us by the choosing to surrender. When we allow ourselves to dip into this vibratory weave, we experience a change in the “normals” of our own life and the lives of those we are in contact with – and in the most enjoyable way!
But what the last few weeks and the experience of tingling and buzzing is showing me, is that this vibro-orgasmic state always exists behind and beyond the fabric of life which we so readily identify with as “normal Earth-truth”!
